The Bar 

Restaurant Bar Manager

Responsible for the smooth running of the busy restaurant bar, while maximising sales and managing the team. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly professional disposition is a must.

Essential criteria:

  • At least 2 years bar experience
  • Supervisory experience including at least 6 months experience working with cocktails
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Day Bar Supervisor

Responsible for the day to day set up., preparation for evening service and to oversee and run the bar in the absence of the managers.

Essential criteria:

  • At least 2 years bar experience including at least 6 months experience working with cocktails
  • Cash handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Floor Supervisor

Responsible for managing the floor team during Service to ensure the safety, comfort and security of all our customers. 

Essential criteria:

  • At least 6 months bar floor experience with a good commonsense approach to the working environment
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Breakfast and Carvery Chef (Part- time and Full-time hours available)

As our Breakfast and Carvery Chef you will be an ambassador for the delivery of the lunchtime carvery focusing on maintaining the highest of standards to deliver excellent food in a timely manner:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure all food preparation meets standards
  • Prepare and present high quality food
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
  • Assist customer service to deliver food in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work with other departments wherever necessary to maintain good working relationships
  • report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health  and safety and food safety legislation
