Post Covid-19 Safety Measures

As more properties begin to reopen and the world begins to travel again, I would like to introduce you to some of the new measures we are taking to safeguard your health and your safety whilst staying with us.  As we begin to welcome back our guests we will remain diligent in our commitment to provide a safe and hospitable environment for all.

Over the past few months we have developed our Safety programme, which has involved introducing a wide range of protocols and systems that will ensure as much as possible, that you our guests will have an enjoyable and safe visit to our hotel.

Whilst we would love to offer all of our services as before we are adapting to some new changes as we slowly understand this "new normal"

All of Benedicts employees have received enhance COVID-19 related health and safety training and physical distancing awareness.

We have significantly increased cleaning schedules in all public areas with particular focus on touch points such as door handles, lift buttons and stair banisters to name a few.  We will be extra vigilant to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable stay.  We have free standing hand sanitizers throughout the hotel which we encourage all of our guests to use.
Our lift will be at a maximum of 2 persons only at each time.

Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every stay, we have taken extreme measures for this and have invested in new equipment to help.  We have created an express check out at our main reception area where you can drop off your keys which will then be sanitized before they are reused once again.

As we provide all of our own inhouse laundry all linens will be washed at high temperatures for optimal disinfection.

if in the unfortunate case, you have any COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste and smell, we ask that you contact us and allow us to reschedule your stay.

It is important to note, that for the safety of our guests and the safety of our team, that any guests displaying symptoms consistent with COVID-19 will be requested to seek medical attention.  Should you be advised to self-isolate, we will request that you check out immediately and return home.  You will be refunded the balance of your stay.

We ask that everyone respects the 1m+ social distancing guidance, not because we don't love you ... but because we do!

And finally, please treat our team and your fellow guests with kindness and respect; this is a difficult time for all of us.

We can't wait to see you soon. Travel safe and stay well.
