JIM MC LAUGHLIN (General Manager)
Jim Mc Laughlin was appointed as General Manager of Benedicts of Belfast in 1998.  A dedicated and enthusiastic leader, Jim brings many years of experience to the youthful management team.  A popular and professional Manager, Jim ensures that the hotel, restaurant and bar offer the highest standards to Benedicts guests, and that the staff work together to ensure that the Benedicts of Belfast experience is a positive one.

 

 

DAMIEN CASH (Accommodation Manager)
Damien has been with Benedicts of Belfast for the last six years, returning to his home town of Belfast to manage the reception and front of house services after previously working in the hospitality and leisure industry in Cornwall.  “…the first impression given to our customers is as they come through the front door and I am very proud of the warm welcome and consistently high standards our staff offer”.

 

 

 

GARY GRAHAM (Head Chef)
Gary Graham, vastly experienced and long standing Head Chef at Benedicts, guides his talented and friendly team to produce the highest quality of delicious, fresh, classics dishes which together with the highly professional standard of service tempt our delighted customers to return time and time again.

 

 

 

 

GILLIAN BODEN (Restaurant Manager)
Gilly Boden is in charge of our 140 seater restaurant, which is one of the busiest establishments in Belfast.  With 14 years of experience under her belt Gilly learned her trade at the award winning Alders restaurant and Nicks Warehouse in Belfast to name but a few.  Gilly has applied all her knowledge and experience to ensure that her and her team provide the best service to all our customers all of the time.

 

 

 

BRIAN BRADLEY (Bar Manager)
Brian Bradley, with over 19 years in the hospitality industry has worked in a wide range of establishments from public houses to wine bars, which has helped him to become one of Belfast’s leading figures in the industry.  Brian’s attitude has always been that the customer is king and instils his motto into all his team ‘your leisure is my pleasure’.
